Pay what you can. 

Hearthstone offers enrollment on a pay-what-you-can basis and will accept a student regardless of the family’s ability to pay. We have waived the financial aid application for all families and instead operate on an honor system where families pledge to pay as much tuition as their household income and family circumstances allow.​

Please review the tuition ranges and supply fees and carefully consider what your family can afford to pay for your child's education. We trust that families will truly "pay what you can," increasing or decreasing the monthly payments if circumstances change (e.g. gaining or losing a job). 

You may find page 2 of our Tuition Support Form to be a helpful resource in calculating your family's expenses. The form does not need to be turned in to the school; it is simply intended to be a helpful guide as you determine your child's monthly tuition.

Work Trade

​We offer a Work Trade program in which parents work for the school for a limited amount of hours; these hours are then credited toward tuition. Please inquire about Work Trade opportunities. Arrangements are made on a case-by-case basis.

Tuition is paid on a 9-month schedule, running from September 1 to May 1.

Tuition is due on the first of every month.

The supply fee is required to cover the cost of your child's school materials.
